Talk with heart

  People often give advice based on their own experiences, but if they’ve never faced your situation, their words may lack depth or relevance. Age doesn’t automatically make someone wise about your circumstances. A 50-year-old who’s never struggled with what you’re facing may not have more insight than a 20-year-old who has lived through it. Advice without context can be misleading, even harmful, because it doesn’t account for your unique journey. so believe yourself and never take every advice seriously.
